By Charles Lynam. Stucco over brick with concrete tiled roof. Italianate style. 2-storeyed, 3 unequal bays, each with a gable to the main elevation, stepped in plan. Doorway in narrow central bay, and sash windows in outer gables, a tripartite window to ground floor of left-hand bay. Tower to rear. Stack on right-hand gable. Overhanging eaves. The building is about 103M2 set in a garden of 790M2 and constsists of 3 rooms on the ground floor, 5 on the second and one on the third. |
